Establishing Your Case In building your case, I will look at all aspects of your case, from the initial stop to the testing procedures. My job is to determine if the arresting officer had probable cause to pull you over. From there, the field sobriety or chemical testing procedures will be carefully reviewed. If the procedures were not followed to the last detail, your constitutional rights may have been violated. I will aggressively move to suppress evidence and testing results with the goal of having your charges reduced or the case dismissed.
