Unique Background and Achievements
As defense counsel in four first-degree-murder cases, I successfully obtained a dismissal of all charges. In addition, my tenure as the head of the public defenders office in Colorado Springs provided me with valuable knowledge and insight that I will use to defend you and your rights.
Additional legal experience that I bring to your defense includes time as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the United States Air Force Reserves, where I oversaw cadet court-martial proceedings and other disciplinary actions before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Helping Clients in Difficult Situations
My reward is helping my clients through challenging situations. Being arrested for a crime is a frightening time. There are many questions and concerns. The criminal charge could lead to a conviction. That conviction would be a black mark on your record, affecting your personal and professional life and license to drive.
At the Law Office of Edward T. Farry, Jr., my objective is to review your arrest information and investigate any evidence or witness statements. From there, I will determine if the prosecution is willing to negotiate or dismiss the charges. If I cannot come to a satisfactory resolution, I will defend you at trial if you so choose.
